Strengths: The CartGenie Software is very flexible and easy to use, while offering a very robust service.
Weaknesses: no comment
Details: We have used CartGenie from the inception of the product. The CartGenie Software has allowed us to enter the world of online retailing in a large way with minimal effort. The CartGenie software has an intuitive user interface and many very helpful features. With CartGenie our customers are able to browse our online store and see if we have the item in stock before they decide to purchase. Customers can compare up to 3 items at a time and also make purchases from our website. The CartGenie software also has great support, from the online support pages and updates to the helpline, I've never been without support when I've needed it.
